APPOINTMENT RECOMMENDATION
As a boutique salon with a limited team, appointments are highly recommended to ensure availability and proper scheduling for all guests.
When an appointment is reserved, that time is specifically dedicated for you. We kindly ask clients to arrive on time and provide proper notice for cancellations or schedule changes whenever possible.
Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments impact our ability to accommodate other guests who may be waiting for availability.
We truly appreciate your respect for our
staff’s time and commitment to providing quality service to every guest.
APPOINTMENT, CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY
• We kindly ask for at least 3 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes whenever possible.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
Late Policy
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to shorten, modify, or reschedule your service depending on schedule availability.
Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment and subject to cancellation.
No Show Policy
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice may be charged the following fees:
• $25 no-show fee for single services
• $40 no-show fee for double/multiple services
Future appointments may require a deposit or prepayment after a no-show occurrence.
DEPOSITS & GROUP BOOKINGS
Bliss Powder Nail Bar reserves the right to require deposits or prepayment for:
• New clients
• Large appointments
• Long services
• Repeat late cancellations or no-shows
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation policies are violated.
Group Bookings
Parties of 5 or more guests require a non-refundable $25 deposit per person to reserve the appointment.
Deposits will be applied toward the final balance for attending guests.
Any changes to group reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
If reserved guests fail to attend, their deposit will be forfeited and will not apply toward the remaining group balance.
NO REFUND POLICY
All services are non-refundable.
If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the salon so we can address any concerns and make reasonable adjustments when appropriate.
Bliss Powder Nail Bar does not issue refunds for completed services. Eligible repairs or corrections covered under our Service Guarantee policy may be provided at management’s discretion.
SERVICE GUARANTEE
Enhancements and gel polish services are guaranteed for 5 business days after your appointment, excluding accidental damage or breakage.
If you experience lifting, chipping, or loss of product within the guarantee period, please contact the salon to schedule a complimentary repair.
• Repairs must be reported within 3 days of noticing the issue
• Complimentary fixes must be scheduled by appointment
• Traditional nail polish services are not guaranteed
• Breakages, tears, or repairs outside the guarantee period may incur a repair fee starting at $5+
Service Guarantee Limitations
Our service guarantee does not cover:
• Damage caused by improper care, accidents, misuse, or picking/removing product
• Breakage due to trauma or impact
• Services modified or repaired by another salon
• Normal wear beyond the guarantee period
FOREIGN WORK POLICY
We reserve the right to decline fills or maintenance work completed by another salon if the product condition, structure, or quality is unsafe or incompatible with our products.
In some cases, removal and a new full set may be required.
HEALTH & SAFETY
For the safety of our guests and staff, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with:
• Open or infected wounds in the service area
• Symptoms or conditions we believe may be contagious
• Nail conditions that may be harmful or unsafe to service
• Inappropriate, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other guests
Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns prior to your service.
PRODUCT & ALLERGY DISCLAIMER
While we use professional-grade products and follow sanitation standards, Bliss Powder Nail Bar is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities if not disclosed before service.
PAYMENT & CHARGEBACK POLICY
By purchasing services at Bliss Powder Nail Bar, clients agree to first contact the salon regarding any service concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution.
Fraudulent chargebacks for services rendered may be disputed with supporting appointment records, signed receipts, camera footage, communication records, and service documentation.
COURTESY & SALON ENVIRONMENT
To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask clients to keep phone conversations brief and respectful.
Excessive noise, speakerphone use, or disruptive behavior may result in refusal of service.
Photography or video recording of staff or other guests without permission is prohibited.
CHILD SAFETY
For safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing environment for all guests, children who are not receiving services should not be left unattended in the salon.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
• Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-returnable
• Bliss Powder Nail Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Please keep track of your personal belongings. Bliss Powder Nail Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Bliss Powder Nail Bar reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate conduct, unsafe conditions, repeated policy violations, or situations that may compromise the comfort, safety, or
experience of our guests and staff.
PAYMENT POLICY
We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. All sales are final on completed services and retail products unless otherwise required by law.
INDEPENDENT BUSINESS DISCLAIMER
Lashes by Michelle, also known as Twinkle Lash Studio, operates as an independent business and separate entity renting space within Bliss Powder Nail Bar.
All appointments, services, pricing, products, communications, transactions, and liabilities related to Twinkle Lash Studio are solely the responsibility of Lashes by Michelle.
Bliss Powder Nail Bar does not supervise, manage, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any services performed by Twinkle Lash Studio, including but not limited to service outcomes, scheduling, payments, allergic reactions, disputes, injuries, or customer satisfaction.
Any questions, concerns, refunds, claims, or disputes regarding lash services must be directed solely to Lashes by Michelle / Twinkle Lash Studio.
